We have been using your HATCH® products for as long as we have lived in the Southwest. The Whole Green Chiles are a favorite for casseroles!
For decades, I have been purchasing your HATCH® canned chiles, and they are always, always, always outstanding. But I am curious after all these years, how in the world do you get them such that there is never any hint of peel or blackened skin on them? This is what makes me such a fan of yours. Yours are always whole and meaty.

I found the recipe on the can and then misplaced it. I was so pleased to go online and find that recipe and more on your website!
